purpose

this statement explains how iTTD LTD uses AI within the .logic platform and related tools. it complements our privacy policy and our data protection statement.

how we use AI

AI is used to assist with analysis, suggestions and workflow support. it is designed to reduce manual effort and surface relevant insights, not to replace professional judgement.

data handling

• we minimise the data sent to AI services and only use what is required for the task
• where third-party AI providers are used, they are bound by contractual terms
• we do not permit third-party providers to train public models on customer data
• customer data remains owned by the customer

human oversight

we do not make fully automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review. users remain responsible for final decisions.

accuracy and limitations

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. we design workflows so outputs can be reviewed and corrected, and we encourage users to validate critical information.

customer controls

customers can request changes to AI feature availability as part of their platform configuration. where AI features are optional, they can be disabled on request.
