modern slavery statement
financial year ending: 31 december 2025
our commitment
iTTD LTD is opposed to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, including forced labour, servitude, child labour and debt bondage. we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our operations or supply chains.
our business and supply chain
iTTD LTD is a UK-based software company building the .logic platform. our direct operations are primarily knowledge work: software development, design, product management and support.
our supply chain is relatively short and transparent, including:
- cloud infrastructure and hosting providers
- software development and collaboration tools
- specialist content and data providers
- professional services (legal, accounting, advisory)
we recognise that modern slavery risks can exist at multiple tiers within a supply chain, even where the immediate relationship looks low-risk. we take this seriously and will review our controls as we grow.
policies and standards
our approach is underpinned by the following principles:
- we work with reputable, established suppliers wherever we can
- we expect suppliers to comply with all applicable labour and human rights legislation
- we will not knowingly work with any supplier that tolerates or benefits from forced labour or human trafficking
- we pay our staff, contractors and suppliers fairly and promptly
as our headcount increases, we intend to formalise additional internal policies covering procurement, whistleblowing and supplier onboarding in more detail.
due diligence and risk assessment
given the nature of our business, we currently assess our overall risk of modern slavery as low. nevertheless, we will:
- review key suppliers and partners periodically for modern slavery statements or equivalent commitments
- favour suppliers with strong, transparent approaches to labour standards and human rights
- include modern slavery considerations in procurement decisions where relevant
- investigate any credible concerns raised about supplier practices
training and awareness
we will ensure that those involved in supplier selection, contract management and operations have an appropriate understanding of modern slavery risks and indicators. as the team grows, we will incorporate awareness materials into onboarding and periodic training.
reporting concerns
we encourage anyone—employees, contractors, suppliers or others—to raise concerns about potential modern slavery or human trafficking risks in our operations or supply chain. concerns can be raised confidentially by contacting:
ian brown, founder & ceo
ipb@ittd.works
we will review all reports seriously and take appropriate action where issues are identified.
review and approval
this statement has been approved by the director of iTTD LTD and will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by changes in legislation, our business model or our risk profile.

we take this seriously. it's not just a legal requirement — it's a moral one. as we grow, this statement will evolve, but the principle will not.
